this massive live oak is believed to be 1500 years old. It is 65 feet tall, which is an awful lot in baby numbers.

We're told the angel oak provides 17,000 square feet of shade. Its clearly a treasured tree. They have installed metal poles, tension wires, and wood supports to help keep the massive branches in place.
It was impressive to see, and fun to see how small jude appeared next to it.
